The bendable cooling/heating wafer (thermoelectric thin part device) has two functions. The first is that when electrical power is input, one side of the device gets colder, while the other side gets warmer. Therefore, it can be used as a cooling device. Second, a temperature gradient between the two ends of the device can be used to generate electricity. When a thermoelectric thin-component device is exposed to a heat source, it can generate electricity by directly converting heat energy into electricity.
